How to cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@trustnudge.io from the email address on your account, or once self-serve billing is live, from your billing settings page.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your campaigns, contacts, and reports remain accessible until that date. You will not be billed again after cancellation.
No mid-period refunds
Subscription fees are not pro-rated. See our Refund Policy for the limited cases in which refunds are issued.
Data after cancellation
After cancellation, your account is retained in a read-only state for 30 days so you can export contacts, feedback, and reports. After 30 days, account data may be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention rules.
Reactivation
You may reactivate within the 30-day window without losing data. After deletion, a new account must be created.
