The service
TrustNudge provides software for collecting reviews, sending review-request and referral emails, and managing customer reactivation flows.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that every contact you upload has given you permission to email them, and for complying with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and all other applicable laws in your jurisdiction and your recipients' jurisdictions. You must never incentivize fake or biased reviews. Misuse may result in immediate suspension without refund.
Acceptable use
No spam, no purchased lists, no fraud, no abuse of recipients, no review manipulation, no illegal activity.
Subscription terms
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the plan price you select. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Plan limits (contacts, sends, daily caps) are enforced in-product. See our Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Failed Payment & Dunning Policy for billing details. Live payment processing is being finalized; current accounts operate in deferred billing mode and will be notified before any charge is made.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers — no guarantees
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TrustNudge does not guarantee:
- Any specific number or rating of reviews collected.
- That emails will land in the Gmail Primary tab or any specific inbox folder. Inbox placement is controlled by the recipient's mailbox provider.
- Any specific revenue, conversion, customer-reactivation, or referral outcome.
- Uninterrupted service or that the service will be error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustNudge's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
