What we never do
- We never write, generate, or fabricate reviews.
- We never offer cash, discounts, or compensation in exchange for a review.
- We never gate negative reviews or hide low ratings from being posted publicly.
- We never spoof customer identities.
What we do
We send a polite, compliant request email to your real, opted-in customers with a direct link to your Google review profile. The customer chooses freely whether to leave a review and what rating to give.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for only uploading contacts you have permission to email, only requesting reviews from genuine customers, and never offering incentives for positive reviews.
